Bee Pickup Information

Pickup Timing

Bee pickups are determined by the bees readiness and will be announced by April 1st, or shortly thereafter.
Pickup takes place between approximately late April and early May.
Pickup dates are not flexible and cannot be rescheduled. Delays can result in swarming and loss of the hive.
On-time pickup is required. We are unable to accommodate late pickups, so please plan ahead.

Communication

All updates about pickup will be posted in the “2026 KC Bee Lady Customers” Facebook group and here on the website.
There will be no email, no texting or phone calls with pickup details.
The Facebook group is for pickup communication only to help you get started successfully. The group will be closed within two weeks after pickups are complete.

Payment requirements at pickup

We do not accept checks under any circumstances at pickup, so please plan accordingly. Remaining balances can be paid with cash, a credit card or Venmo.
