Bee Pickup Information

Bee Pickup Dates:

NUC Pickups: Saturday, May 2nd.

7:30 AM - 10:00 AM - FCFS!

NUC Pickups are NOT at our house. They are in a lot at the corner of 195th and Peculiar Drive - 1 mile East of our house.

Single Box Hives & Deluxe Kits:

Saturday, May 9th and Sunday, May 10th.

Single Box Hives/Deluxe Beehive Kit Pickups are assigned by last name and time slot.
Please plan to arrive during your scheduled window.

Due to the high volume of pickups, we are not able to accommodate early arrivals, late arrivals, or alternate pickup times.

Saturday, May 9th
7:00 – 7:30 → A–B
7:45 – 8:30 → C–D
8:45 – 9:15 → E–F
9:30 – 10:15 → G
10:30 – 11:15 → H

Sunday, May 10th
7:00 – 7:45 → I–M
8:00 – 8:30 → N–O
8:45 – 9:15 → P–R
9:30 – 10:15 → S
10:30 – 11:00 → T–V
11:15 – End → W–Z

NUC pickups are May 2nd ONLY.

Single Box Hives & Deluxe Kits are

May 9th and 10th ONLY.

These dates are not interchangeable and cannot be adjusted. No exceptions.

Communication

All updates about pickup will be posted in the “2026 KC Bee Lady Customers” Facebook group and here on the website.
There will be no email, no texting or phone calls with pickup details.
The Facebook group is for pickup communication only to help you get started successfully. The group will be closed within two weeks after pickups are complete.

Payment requirements at pickup

All remaining bee balances are due in cash at pickup.

Venmo or Cash App may be used for any additional purchases at pickup. (I will post the additional items for sale very soon, including suits).

We do not accept checks or credit cards at pickup.
